Jaywalker ?

I want to swatch for some Jaywalkers, and I have a question about the zig-zag pattern. What is "dd"? And just to make sure, "k-f/b" is knit into the front and back of the st, right?

DD is double decrease and it may be slip 1, k2tog, psso; sl 2, k1, psso, or k3tog. And yes kfb is knitting into the front and back of the same stitch for an increase.

the DD is actually given in the glossary of stitches in the pattern, on the bottom left of the first page i think.
it is a double increase. For this pattern they give slip 2 knit one pass slipped stitches over. IT is best to have the right decrease as this pattern reliese on paired decreases and increases to give the direction to the zig-zags

I am doing these right now. At first I had the DD wrong... You have to slip both stitches knitwise, TOGETHER, and then K1, PSSO. I was slipping them separately, and the decreases were leaning over rather than straight, which is how they are supposed to look.

There is a video of the kfb, but I never found one of the dd.

Oh goodness. I must have looked that pattern over a dozen times, and it was right there staring me in the face! Wow.

(Okay, I'm using the excuse that I was sick. I'm much better now.)
