Rita got my hat doneI love how this yarn makes it's own pattern. It's called Bernat Baby Jaquards.Color is called Boys and Girls.
I add a little keep sake to my blanket too.

Great hat Julie. I love that yarn. It is very soft and comes in such pretty colours. I think it would also be great for children's and baby socks.

Julie: I knitted mine in the round but I am going to visit a friend today who has knitted hats from the Bernat patterns on the bands. They are knitted flat, so I will let you know.

Hello my fellow knitters I hope you are all ok
I came across a site that want miniture hats to put on smoothie drinks bottles. For every drink sold with a hat on the company and Sainsbury's who will sell them will donate 50p to Age Concern , which will help provide meals and blankets ect to the elderly in the uk.
I have come across this only today and the deadline is the 17th October . So it will be finished soon. But i thought i could make a few and send them a week before the deadline. It gives me two weeks
Here is the link for details and patterns
http://www.innocentdrinks.co.uk/thebigknit/

This seems to run every year ,so i must keep an eye out for it for next year.

Also here is another baby hat
Julie ! I knitted this in the round on the circs Thanks !

Julie: The Jaquard yarn knits up into a really pretty pattern knitted flat also. My friend has made several. This pattern is adorable, looks much cuter than on the label

Rita: I have seen those tiny hats mentioned on the UK forum. So cute, they are like little egg cozies.
