FO - Florida Bag
I can pretty much guarantee you I won't be doing this again! The knitting itself wasn't difficult really, but I spent all day yesterday doing the lining and a good chunk of today figuring out how to add the handles.

I added an iron on lining to the lining fabric to give some body to the bag which worked well, but I didn't take into account that I would need to be able to get a needle through it to sew the lining on and then the handles! I ended up using nylon thread on a fine needle to attach the handles and used the yarn to make it look nicer. The inside area of the handle doesn't look that great, but I am NOT doing them again.

So here you go. Oh and I added a pocket to the lining.

Well, despite your frustrations, it looks great!

It's got a fantastic holiday look about it.
It's so colourful, it'll cheer up peoples day.

Well done!

It looks so good!!

Is that version A? I *love* the lining. Totally worth it, IMO.

You piqued my interest when I read your 'Raspberry St' post. As a result I have this queued. I can only hope mine turns out as nice!

The pattern of the lining is a subtle complement and the bag, itself, looks fab. So bright and cheery. But I can relate to your 'never again' sentiment. Once is enough...

Great looking bag Jan. It's so very bright and cheery. I am sorry you had such a hard time with it, but it was worth the effort because it's fantastic!!!

I love the fact that it's a sampler of the different stitch patterns! You did a great job on it and it looks great!
