yarn find
I was in AC Moore's Sat. to get some beads for the mystery shawl. I went to check out their markdown yarn and low and behold they marked Lion Brand Microspun yarn. I really like that yarn and I went and bought 6 black, 7 blush, 4 lime green, 6 sage green and 16 blue and they were only $1.50 each. My stash which was small has now increased. I have ear marked the blue for a cap sleeved top for me and socks with most of the rest for the family. This was the find of the day for me!!!

Great price! I'll have to swing by my AC moore's and see if they have it marked down, too.

Have you made socks with it before? since its acrylic I'd never have thought of it for socks- How do you like them?

I make ankle socks with Microspun and they are so soft and comfy. I love 'em. Great for chilly evenings.
