Great news, everyone............

Sakura-Panda has offered to lead the group now!

Thank you, Sakura-Panda!

I'm sure you will all be able to make lots and lots of pretty snuggles for homeless pets. Good luck to you!

So, now I will focus on dealing with my issues for a while. Keep me in your thoughts and prayers.

Jungle Fever made it today! Thanks for the treats! I am doing colors grey and white for an elephant. It will be ready to move tomorrow. Let me know who to send it to!

It looks like bugsyblacklab is next, if she's up for it!

This last weekend we had birthday parties for my daughter -- family on Saturday and her Kindergarten friends on Sunday, and then more friends for going out Trick or Treating last night -- but I made myself start my section of Autumn Run just before I went to bed.

I hope to get it done this week, as long as I can find time to sit and work on it (which is the hardest thing when you're planning a party and realize that you can't put off de-cluttering the house any longer. Where does all that stuff come from anyway? )

But that's behind me now; I only have to worry about ordinary stuff again, until Thanksgiving when we start our Christmas "season".

She is five years old today and very excited about it! She wanted to know this morning if she is as tall as her 8-year-old brother yet.

It was a long weekend and I didn't get any laundry done, but it was fun for everyone -- and this isn't the first time I've had to squeeze loads in during the week.

Jungle Fever arrived today--such a pretty snuggle! Thanks so much for the emery board. I sure did need a new one--now I can get my nails back in shape. I have been thinking of doing my section in tropical-bird colors. I have already started going through my stash to see what bright color combinations I can come up with. I will take a picture when I complete my part.
