"Hugs 'n Snugs" was waiting when I got home from work today! Double great because the last time I got an oddball blanket to work on it was in my mailbox and I looked there first....no snuggle there
....but, wait.........what's that on my doorstep? Could it be ........YES.....there it was when I drove up the driveway!!

Spanky51...Thanks for the nice yarn surprise--you're right it's a pretty color and REALLY soft

I'm off to find yarn for my contribution. I'll post a pic as soon as I find that thingy I need to download it from my phone....

Hi knitters!
Just checking in to give you all an update on our blankets!
Jdee has just sent me "bear hugs" which I should receive soon and need 3 more knitters for, also Critter Cozy needs a last person, so if anyone wants to finish and donate a blanket let me know!
I hope to cast on another blanket this weekend when things aren't so hectic around here if anyone is interested in another one as well.

I'll put you on Bear Hugs, thanks! You'll be right after me after I finish it. Gives us an excuse to go drink expensive coffee and knit!

Slow Shandeh is back with another report.

I got "His Majesty" boxed up and ready to mail. Now, I just have to wait until I can afford to mail it! Ha!

I just paid our house payment today, and that wiped me out. I have 6 packages sitting here, ready to go. So, next week after I teach a few piano lessons, I'll take them all to the post office.

In the meantime, I've been knitting up a storm. I finished the first section of THREE pet snuggles this week. (One of them is an acrylic snuggle for Mulderknitter's group.)

The bottom two snuggles are "My Prince" and "Sweet Princess".
