You may have made a double YO on the previous row, so on the next row, purl 3 sts, drop the double YO and go on to the next instructions. p2 rib may mean to purl 2 in the rib pattern you have going on, but without an entire row or explanation of what you did on the previous row, it's a little hard to tell. Which pattern is it - do you have a link to it or to a picture of it?

On row 19 you knit 2 stitches and then did 2 YOs
on row 20 you purl 2 stitches (i.e. stockinette) and then just slide the two created stitches, the YOs from the previous row, off your needle. You could say P2, drop 2 instead.

The P2 rib, is actually half of the phrase 'work k2, p2 rib' which is ribbing made by knitting 2 then purling 2 repeatedly.

I'm also stuck on

Row 19: "K 2, yo twice, (k 3, yo twice) three times, k2 yo twice, (k 3 yo twice) three times,K 2 " . When i was in row 19 i didnt have enough stich to finish the last "K3 yo tiwce" 3 times. I just got it once. is there somehting i'm missing? can anyone help me with this? also Row 20: P 2, drop both yo (eyelet made), i couldn't do this eihter , when i drop 2 yo over , i guess i dropped the actual stich. I need some help .

When you YO you just wrap the yarn around the needle, you don't knit a stitch between the YO twice, wrap the yarn 2 times around the needle, then k3 sts. So your row goes like this:

K 2, yo twice, k3 yo twice, k 3, yo twice, k3 yo twice, k2 yo twice, k3 yo twice, k 3, yo twice, k3 yo twice, K 2 . That uses up 24 sts.

On the next row p2, drop both yo loops. If you don't knit a st between the yo twice, you'll just get a large hole and not drop a stitch.
