Double Broken Rib in the Round
I found the stitch pattern for double broken rib as:
Row 1 (WS): purl
Row 2: knit
Row 3: knit 2 *p2 k2*
Row 4: purl 2 *k2 p2*
A stitch pattern of 4 +2 stitches. However, I want to knit in the round so row 1 would actually be a knit row. What do I need to do so I don't end up with 4 purls in a row?

Do R 1 as k, R 2 as purl, R 3 and 4 would follow the instructions for R 4. I think. Try it as written flat for 2 repeats over about 16 sts, then look at the RS and see if what I suggested works. When you knit in the round, do it over a multiple of 4 sts, dropping the +2 which are the sts before the *.

I had also posted my question on Ravelry and poster also said that rows 3 and 4 would be K2 P2. But rows one and 2 would both be knit (since it is in the round). Have not had a chance to try this out yet.

I just checked over there. JudyBecker posted first and she suggested rows 1 and 2 as knit. However, your previous post here says row 1 knit, row 2 purl.

I got my RS and WS mixed up, or I typed it wrong. I agree with Judy - K both rows...
