We could learn a lot from crayons:some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, some have weird names,
and all are different colors....
but they all exist very nicely in the same box.

My partner's package is in the mail!!!! However--being like I am, I forgot to put my name ANYWHERE on the package! So......if you get a package from TN be sure to post, so I can tell you if it is me! Can't wait to see what you think!

KnitPrincess,
It sounds like I sent Harvey to a great home.....just watch him close...he likes to bury himself in soft yarn.
I had a lot of fun putting together your "kit" package....glad you liked everything.
Always the best swaps happen here at KH!

This has definitely been one of the most enjoyable swaps I have done. Usually, I'm never sure about what yarn to send because I try to consider what my partner will be able to do with it. This time it was a pure joy to go shopping with a pattern in mind! If you guys decide to do a round 2 to this swap I'll definitely be joining in again!

Thanks for such a fun swap idea!!

Awwww thanks I am so glad that you enjoyed this swap... I enjoyed it as well! It's great all ways round because you enjoy making the kit for your pal because you know the project it is to be intented for and your pal enjoys her package even more because if he/she felt so inclined they could make the project right away because they already have suitable yarn for the pattern..I this swap and Jenn loved it and we definitely see many more "Kit" swaps in our future
