It usually is kept a secret and we make up new email addresses just to tease our partner. Usually by using google or yahoo Oh and if you don't want to do that I can be the "go-between" hostess (meaning I will relay your messages to your pal so you can remain anonymous):D Do not worry about a thing swaps are extremely fun!!

We could learn a lot from crayons:some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, some have weird names,
and all are different colors....
but they all exist very nicely in the same box.

Haven't been commenting too much yet but rest assured I'm anxiously
stalking! I'm in a mad dash to finish all my Christmas knitting by
the end of the month so I can take it with me when I go visit my
parents. Anyone wanting to know how to knit faster just set yourself
an impossible deadline! haha...

Yep, this deadline has forced me to judiciously cut my knit gift list to
those who I know really enjoy the hand knits. Everyone else will be
getting something store bought so hopefully there won't be any
complaints...nope, I'm not that lucky..someone will complain!

I don't handknit christmasgifts for my family. I'm just way to slow, I should start in January to finish in time. Besides that, I'm not sure if they'd appreciate it. And I hate deadline-knitting.
