pick up stitches?
I have a pattern which say pick up the back loop of stitches, I am working on the cuff of a slipper.

Please help

If it's the bound off edge of the cuff, you'll have a sort of chain st along the edge, which has a front loop and a back loop. Pick up in the back loop. The Tips section has a video on picking up sts.
