End with WS?
When a pattern says end with WS (Wrong Side). Does that mean you just finished knitting a WS row or you would start a WS row??

Yay! A new knitting season for me! I always start my knitting up again when the weather starts getting cold. Don't know why, guess I'm weird like that...
