Ending with K, or ending with P?

Hello:

Having trouble with a striped baby sweater. Working in the round and the instructions say for the back "end with K row". Then for the front the instructions say:"End with P row". Does that mean you stop knitting before, or after, the K row? Before, or after the P row?

There's a bit of a conflict...row vs round. You're working ITR? Or flat? Or you did the body ITR and are now working flat?

It's not necessarily a conflict, maybe just a typo. Or it may be that the knitting in the round stops, like at an underarm, and you're supposed to be knitting flat for the fronts or back.

1. Yes, I am knitting in the round to the armholes, and then separately for back and front!

2. What doe ITR mean?

ITR would be "in the round"
