How do I go from crocheting to knitting in one blanket?

Well, it depends on what you are doing. You could pick-up stitches along the desired edge or if you are doing Tunisian/afghan crochet you could probably just transfer the stitches onto a knitting needle.

If you decide to pick up stitches, the loop on your crochet hook would count as the first stitch on your knitting needle.
