Hi There. My name is Darcie and I've been an on/off knitter for nearly 20 yrs now.

I just wanted to say, "Thanks so much for this great site!" I have been following and reading your site for a few years now. It's development has been delightful - particularly this new forum! I think it is wonderful!

Welcome, Darcie!

This site has been so helpful for me - I've only been knitting for a year now but had trouble learning without seeing the stitches being made, so it was Amy and Sheldon's wonderful videos on here that helped me finally learn - yay!

I look forward to hearing more about you and your projects!

I too have benefitted greatly from this site. Knitting has gone from an occasional activity to a passion. I have knit more items in the last year than I did in the previous 30 years.
Welcome to the site as a participant.

Howdy Darcie, welcome to KH!

What do you mean guys don't knit?

Linux: because a PC is a terrible thing to waste.

Perfection is overrated. Knitting is meant to relieve stress, not cause it. Relax and enjoy it.
