I'm So Proud of Myself!

It's been a few months since I've last gone on to this site. My twins have been keeping me really busy and I had no time to knit. Then, when I did start, I kept on having to start over because I made mistakes right at the beginning. Finally, this morning, I managed to finish the second bootie that I've been working on! And to make it even better, I had received help from veterans in the knitting field for the first bootie, but had no help for the second bootie! It's not an amazing job, but for a beginner like me it's awesome! I'm so proud!
I plan on knitting a scarf next.....Anyone here to cheer me on?

Great, keep going. A scarf is a good project, I have so many scarves to knit... :D

That's awesome! Isn't it a wonderful feeling to hold something in your hand and be able to say "I made this"? I think a scarf would be fine. It'll be easy after making booties.

There are also scarves who aren't that easy

I like making scarves. But right now I'm thinking of doing a pillow, a little one, because I made a 12 inch granny square (but not a plain granny square), so I thought I'd make another one, for the back, then knit something that will make a square afterwards, that I can stuff and put the crocheted grannys around... :D
