My First Pullover

Here's my humble attempt at my first pullover, a colorblock made with LionBrand Quick & Thick Wool-Ease (6 skeins, size medium). It's nice and warm/cozy, and you won't need a coat while wearing it over a t-shirt in 40 temps.

It's beautiful! You did a great job!

IMO since it is mostly acrylic I'd be careful about not needing a coat in 40� temps. It's not as warm as pure wool. That might just be me with my socal blood though.

Thank you so much, everyone! The pattern called for Fisherman and Charcoal, but I went for a more blue - mainly because they didn't have charcoal available at JoAnn's. Oh well.

BTW, the pattern's from Better Homes and Gardens Knit Sweaters for Her. That might not be the verbatim name of the book, but it's very close to that.

I'm currently on a light-blue diamond lacy-type sweater/pullover.

LOL, Jan! :-) Yea, I usually bring along a jacket, just in case.

Thanks, Wanda! I'm thinking of doing an orange and black for Halloween, that'd be really cool! And perhaps I could even do some embroidering of ghosts or something.
