first hat too short!!
So I finished my first hat - an apple hat for my two year old. It's cute and the circumference is perfect but it turned out too short - it looks like a beanie. It has a roll bottom - is there a way I can lengthen it at the bottom - ideally without pulling out stitches (I can never seem to pick them up correctly again) Thanks

You could pick up stitches around the edge and add ribbing. That would lengthen it and the ribbing would flatten the roll.
