George Stella Cookbooks - Anyone?
I am a loyal QVC shopper and saw this advertised on there and was wondering if anyone here has his cookbooks already and if you do, what do you think of them? They are supposedly Low Carb/good carb cookbooks and his family lost like over 500 lbs combined! Yikes. That's a lot of weight. I am interested and would have bought it but it's not shipping until mid February which is good because then I checked Amazon and wow, those reviews are pretty amazing. I guess he used to have a cooking show on the food network but got cancelled or something? I've never heard of him but DH and I are trying to lose some pounds here and I would like to know if you all have tried them and if they are actually good recipes.

Thanks!

I haven't seen the books, but did watch his show when it was on. He had some really good recipes that were very low carb. I bet the recipes are from the show.
