FO - Chemo Caps
Finally found a button I liked so now they are ready to go!

The button one is a modified version of The Republic Hat and the other is a spiral pattern that was given to us for the project if we wanted to use it. The yarn is Berroco Comfort.

Very nice hats. Th button goes nicely with the yarn. The spiral hat looks like an interesting pattern to work.

The spiral hat is super easy. I just don't like the top being gathered, but with ribs it's hard to do it so it looks nice.

1. Cast on a multiple of 4 and k2,p2 for 2-3 inches (I co 72)
2. Increase one stitch (anywhere is fine) and continue k2, p2 for 7-8 inches. That one increase makes it spiral on it's own. See note below.
3. k2tog around and around till you have 6-8 stitches and cut the yarn thread through needle and go through remaining loops. Weave in ends.

NOTE - Do NOT pay any attention to the stitches below when you are ribbing the spiral. Just keep doing the k2, p2. Seriously.. this has been driving everyone nuts because we are so focused on knitting the knits and purling the purls that it keeps tripping people up and they have to frog back.
