How do you sew a flower headband like the one seen on Whitney from the hills?
can someone show how you can knit this? it would be nice to add picture viduals or a video. thanks!

The headband part is simple. It's ribbing with stockinette in the middle. You'll have to figure out your gauge and cast on accordingly. I'd do it on circs, but you could do it flat and seam.

The flower would be harder. Here's a few flower patterns. Some are within other patterns, but you can do only the flower.,00.html
