Well, I hate to say it, but CT is my least favorite state to drive through. CT drivers are by far the worst in the country. I can't even count how many close calls I had in that state because the people drive like total morons and the only reason they are still alive now is because I was paying attention and doing my job.
If folks there really want to kill themselves they should take some pills or something and leave me out of it.

I don't do much highway driving like you do so I don't have much to go on. My fave is driving through Westport where (and I swear it's true) people come to an intersection, pause, decide whether or not they want to make a turn, turn on their turn signal and then, finally, make their turn. Or sometimes not.
Really, I think there are awful drivers all over the country.
I am afraid of driving in the following states(mostly cause I've driven there

Florida: too many old people on the road
New York: whaddya, out of your mind?
New Jersey: they cross over back and forth from NY
California: I just don't understand all the crossovers
Massachusetts: OMG -- they drive so fast!
All's I can say is you've never driven until you've driven in Manhattan! Now that is scary.
