Is it for the inc - knit into the front and back of a stitch? That's on the video page under kfb, but I can explain it. Each stitch has a front and back leg, normally you knit into the front leg. To do the inc, you knit into the front as usual, leave the stitch on the needle, then knit into the back leg as well. It's awkward at first, but you get used to it with practice.
