Knit in back of knit stitch

I think i know the answer to this, but am making sure. When it says, "Knit in back of knit stitch", how do you do this?

Is it for the inc - knit into the front and back of a stitch? That's on the video page under kfb, but I can explain it. Each stitch has a front and back leg, normally you knit into the front leg. To do the inc, you knit into the front as usual, leave the stitch on the needle, then knit into the back leg as well. It's awkward at first, but you get used to it with practice.

If it isn't for an increase it just puts a twist in your knit stitch and gives the stitch texture. I'm knitting a pair if socks now that is full of kb stitches and it is very pretty.

Yes i believe that it all it wants me to do is put the twist in it. I'm suppose to yarn over then knit in the back of the next knit stitch. I just wasn't sure i was doing it right. Instead of putting my knitting needle in where you usually knit in the front I'm going through the back of the knit stitch. Just seemed weird... thank you to you and Sue for giving me help

Oh sorry, never occurred to me it was for knit through the back loop.
