socks too small

just finished a pair of worsted wool socks, and thought they fit, but decided they were too snug, so once again my small-footed daughter has another pair of socks! think my problem is knitting too tightly, also the pattern measurement for foot length seems too short-- linknit41

Darn. They say the third time (I hope you haven't gone past this already) is the charm. It takes a while to sort out these size issues sometimes, but you'll get it. It is nice you at least have someone in the family who can use them.

Yes, your daughter is lucky. I just made my first socks and they're so comfy. Hope you can make yourself a pair next time!
