I did it and prolly should have read more on it first then saying oh I know where to cut and start cutting, and was outside...I think I got the ends back to being secure, I had to cut two colors...but now I can say I've cut my knitting

I'm not sure, they were going to be for me but I don't know if I like all the colors...but my little girl likes them so she can wear them around the house and diddle. Maybe I'll just make this one and she can have a baking mitt and I'll make mine in 2 colors

That's one fancy pot holder/diddler!

For the sweater sampler it was a pocket, but it was only one color fortunately. Glad yours worked out okay!

Here it is done (its kinda growing on me though)

The palm is taken at a weird angle, I need a tripod (hint to dh for b-day gift)

They look great! I don't think I'll ever be brave enough to cut any of my knitting. You did a great job though, they look wonderful.

Definately better to let your daughter have them to play with than let them sit around if you don't wear them.
