It kind of depends on how much you have. Here's a few ideas.

Scarf
Fingerless Mitts
Hat
Toys
Can cozy
Doll Clothes

Tons of patterns here to look through, too.

You could also try a Log cabin blanket. There's a KAL going on right now. Check it outhttp://www.knittinghelp.com/forum/sh...ad.php?t=87222

Many of the knitters making them are using up leftover yarn. Plus, it;s fun and easy to knit.

dish cloths

my next project is to knit a bad to keep all my yarn in (i dont have much... limit myself to enough for a few project at a time, since i dont have place to store it..)

i am just going to use all the little balls of yarn i have left over from different projects... no real stripe pattern or anything, just use it till i run out
