Row-by-row cast off = unwanted extra loop?! Can you help?
I have written a pattern in which I am casting off at the beginning of every other row, to create a curved shape. It appears to be working very well, except for one small detail. A large loop is formed at the end of the the non-casted off rows. I am wondering if there is a special stitch that I can use to absorb this extra yarn at these thoughts.

Thank you!

I don't know why that would be happening. Binding off at the beginning of every row or every other row should not cause any loops. If you try to cast off at the end of a row you end up with a stranded stitch loop though.

It may be like in regular knitting where the last stitch is always loose. After you knit the first st (on rows you don't BO) pull the yarn a little and knit the next couple sts tighter. See if that helps.
