I recently finished up a sock pattern for these
. I call them "Thorn Lace" for lack of a better name. You can view more pictures either in Whatcha Knittin'
or on Ravelry
I'm looking for a couple people to test the pattern to make sure I've gotten all the kinks out. The finalized pattern will be made for sale on Ravelry, so this is a chance to get it for free. Hit me up if you're willing to test it out for me
If you're interested but intimidated because you haven't ever made socks before, socks are surprisingly easy to do. I remember I was extremely intimidated because if you've ever noticed, sock patterns are usually VERY long! But it's really really easy if you just follow the directions.
yo - yarn over
Skop - Slip 1 stitch purlwise, knit next stitch, yo, pass slipped stitch over knit stitch (psso) and yarn over
drop yo - Knit all stitches but the yarn overs. Don't knit the yarn overs from your previous row; just let them drop off the needle.
kf/b - Knit into the front and back of the st
ktbl - Knit through the back loop of the st
m1f - Make One Front: From the front, lift loop between stitches with left needle, knit into back of loop.
instep: The top of the sock
If you can do those, you can make my socks.
