need help getting rid of yarn ends

Hi everyone! I am new to this forum and am pleased i joined. I am in need of help with my current project. I just completed a baby blanket. I used 4 different color yarns in a stripe pattern. I have all these random yarm ends on the edges of the blanket. How do I hide them? Hope someone can help!!

Weave them into the the stripe they match.
