I have been making blankies for baby gifts for almost 30 years. I had a huge stash of Dazzleaire yarn that I bought from Ben Franklin before the store near me closed so I have been able to continue making blankies even though Dazzleaire has been discontinued for quite awhile. Recently I had a request from my grand nephew, now almost 6, to make him a new blankey. He calls the one I made for him before he was born "Colors". But now his feet stick out and he needs a bigger one. I use 6 different pastel colors and have enough left of each color except Soft Pink to make a twin sized afghan for him. I need at least 2 skeins and preferably 3 skeins of the Soft Pink. They do not have to be the same dye lot. I saw some on eBay last week and bid what I thought was an inordinate amount, but I was outbid. Does anyone have three skeins of Soft Pink Dazzleaire that they would be willing to part with for an inordinate amount? Failing that, does anyone know of a fuzzy or brushed worsted weight yarn in baby pink that I could substitute?
Thanks so much for any help you can give.
