Rep the last 2 rows once more, and inc 1 sts evenly across last row


Where do I do the increase?
at the beginning of the last row?
the end?
the middle?

&&what kind of increase should I be using??

Just one stitch? You can do it at an end or the middle. If the rib pattern continues, then at one of the ends is probably better. Which one to use is up to you, whichever you feel more comfortable using.

Have you gone to the Increases page under View Videos? The KLL/KRL are the most invisible.

I have been working on a sweater where you have to rib for several rows and then increase across on 2nd row. I used the knit in front and back of a knit stitch. You can also pick up bar between 2 stitches, which ever you feel more comfortable doing. When you have to make several increases on one row this is what I learned from Vogue knitting guide book: take number of increases say 6 and decrease by 1, take number of stitches already on needle 36 and divide 36 by 5. you have 7.2 so you would have to increase every 7 stitches with 2 left over. Hope this helps
