That ruffle at the bottom, looks like I've seen very similar maybe in one of Nicky Epstein's books, Knitting on the Edge, maybe. then an inch or 2 of lace, then just stockinette. Not too hard to do w/out a pattern, really.

You're right! It's called the PETITE BELL RUFFLE. I used it for a Celtic Aran Afghan a few years ago!

For what it's worth, I've emailed Creative Knitting to see if it may still be available somewhere. I know it was from the May 2005 magazine, so I'll let y'all know what kind of reply I get.
