Gotland Fleece

I have just purchased 1kg of Gotland hogget fleece off TradeMe. I havent seen it yet apart from a photo, so do not know what quality etc it is. Are there any special tips or tricks to Gotland? What is the fleece most suitable for?

This is a great resource for information on breeds of sheep, goats, etc. Gotland fleece sounds wonderful -- long, lustrous, fine and curly.

Thanks for that. It does sound good! The one I am getting is white with black tips. This is the fleece they wove the cloaks from in Lord of the Rings if I remember rightly.
