Help! Extra unwanted stitch
Hello all, hope someone can help, I am pretty new to knitting!

The pattern calls for K2 P1 K2.. I get an extra unwanted stitch when I P1.... help!

Make sure you move the yarn from back to front between the needle tips, not over the needle.

Thanks! I am not really sure how I did it, but I think i did it right. I didn't get an extra stitch anyways. Everything is still a bit foreign to me yet.
