My FO: Aidan's Baby Blanket - A Must See!!! :D :D

It's been roughly two months in the making but I'm really happy with how this blanket turned out. The only thing that is the downside about the blanket is when I did the rectangle of stockinette stitch to write Aidan's name in it, it was a lot wider horizontally than the rest of the blanket because the rest was done in a cable stitch which drew the yarn in. Lesson learned.


OH and the other major bummer? My aunt is only about 20-ish weeks and after CONFIRMING at 15 weeks that she was going to name the baby Aidan Miles, she recently told me she's thinking of other baby names.

I know it has its faults but I LOVE my new blanket!! And I hope and pray that she won't change the baby name!!!

That's beautiful! I hope she won't change the name, too. Lesson learned though.. the name isn't final till the ink is dry on the birth certificate.
