HELP WITH INSTRUCTIONS PLEASE - foll alt row
Can someone please explain this part of the pattern to me? I am attempting to make baby booties, but so far I'm not 100% if it is right:

Work in garter st and inc one st at each end of next and every foll alt row until there are 32 sts.
Dec one st at each end of next and every foll alt row until 18 sts rem.

I'm usually a very good knitter, but this is the first time I've encountered the "foll alt row" part. Does this mean that I knit every SECOND row? As in, I inc one on the first row, skip the next, and inc one again?

Which means the rows I need to increase are: 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11?

Let me know as soon as possible.
THANK YOU!
