Knitters in Oxford, England?

Hi, I'm a knitter from learned Oxford, city of dreaming spires (although, IMO, it could use a few more of those).

Anyone else here from my Oh So Educated Town? I'd love to get a knitting group going over here

Hiya Chanters, I'm in Reading, Berks - perhaps we could meet for a coffee with our knitting (all the tea/coffee shops in and around Reading are used to seeing me with my knitting, in my hours off).

I'm a live-in-carer who would love to meet other people. I also haven't met any other knitters. Lots of people come to look at what I am knitting, they say they knit, but so far none of them is interested in joining me.

Hi there, woo my first post on here! I live in Oxford and work in Berks. I used to crochet a lot and I'm just taking up knitting. With three hours of commuting each day I have a lot of time to spend. Would love to start a knitting club in Oxford...I can't seem to find any around here. Nice to meet you!
