FINISHED OBJECT: "A Star for the Fair" blanket

Hey everyone!

So I decided to enter a project into the State Fair this year, and so this is the project I'm working on. I kind of feel like it's a win-win situation, even if I don't win, it'll still be fun to enter, so I still win!! :P

Anyways, I started it on May 7th, and I'm already almost half way done! I might expand on it and make the blanket a little bit bigger than the pattern is originally, but here it is:

UPDATE -06-05-09, IT's done!!

With flash, you can see some of the flaws, I hope the judges won't see them though!!

Artlady.. it's just basic Red Heart Super Saver I think. I never keep the wrappers, I bought it at Wal-Mart.

Well I definitely have to get it done before the June 5th deadline if I want to enter it into the fair. I have final essays due this week and then finals after that so I'm *trying* to be disciplined and not knit and focus on school work. It's so tempting though!
