Short Rows for sleeve caps
Hi, This is my first thread so don't know if I am in the right place, but here it goes.
I am knitting the Aran Wrap Cardigan from the Fall 2008 Vogue Knitting. I find their patterns just a perplexing as their sewing patterns. However, I will conquer this problem hopefully with your help.
The sleeve is started with short rows. The directions give the first two rows, then say, "Continue to work subsequent short rows until 1 stitch is worked past the last wrapped st, then W & T with the next st. Cont in theis way with shor rows until all picked up sts are worked and the final row will end with the last 2 sts of the double braided cable ..."
I don't understand how many short rows to do to get to that 1 st past the last wrapped st.
Has anyone done this? I have don't short row heal on socks, but the information was more extensive. I am lost after the first 2 rows.
