Baby Giftings
Ok, i think I have 4 pictures here. The first one is called Auntie's Afghan from Oat Couture. Next is my 6 yo granddaughter Leia helping me with it for her first knitting lesson. The second one is Butterflies and Blossoms from Herrschners Award Winning Baby Blankets 2003. I made it in strips instead of squares so there wasn'
t so much sewing to do. Both are made with Herschners Baby Sparkle.

Beautiful...so great to have DGD learning next to you! She looks pretty confident and comfortable with the needles. Just may be a natural

thanks for the kind words everyone. I only wish Leia lived closer so we could get serious about this knitting thing. We live in Denver and she lives in Coeur d'Alene< Idaho. Her mother crochets but didn't have the patience to learn to knit when she was growing up!
