lifted increase on sleeve?
pattern reads:

(RS - 37stitches) K2, work into st below next stitch plus into next st(lifted increase), work to 3 sts remaining, work lifted increase in next st, K2
work 3 rows straight
repeat last 4 rows to 73 sts

confused...so i'm doing more then two increases in the first row? how after only 2 increase rows am i up too 73 sts. sorry i'm sure this pattern is being straight forward and i'm just silly and don't get it so if you can help me out i'd really appreciate it. thanks

You repeat the 4 rows rows until you get to 73 sts. You only do 2 increases per inc row, then 3 rows plain, then another inc row and repeat. The lifted increase is the KRL shown on the increase page.
