"Knitting New Scarves"
Anybody knit anything from this book?

I saw this scarf at my LYS and was so fascinated I had to give it a try. Wow! Talk about stretching your brain! I'm about 6 inches in and am finally feeling more comfortable with the pattern. I can't figure out how anybody would be able to design such a thing!

But it's definitely cute and a fun challenge after a few mindless projects.

Every time i knit a scarf, i swear it will be my last.. but i bought Knitting New Scarves last year.. I LOVE the ideas.. I love the scarves.. ( i am half way through a version of the black purl scarf.. I am knitting it in Patons Bamboo silk (black, naturally!) and stuffing it with polyfil, not roving..

And i love the drifted pleats.. (i have some silk.. and one day..)

Its a great book, and its filled with great scarves!
