Sewing Seams Together???

I'm so frustrated right now.
I can't seem to figure out how to sew these seems together.

Please help me you guys before I lose control and fling these needles across the sodding room.

simply using a crochet hook (try to match size of hook with yarn used).slip-stitch (loop through both edges..yoh loop thru) keep the yarn loose or adjust as u 'LOOP'...gives an even secure join...iron flat
on completion...or it will "sit" anyways after the first wash....Good-luck
