Crofter yarn It's new in the shops
Has anybody heard of crofter yarn it's a yarn that gives a fair Isle effect when knitted up. I had bought some this morning and I'll show you what it looks like when I have done half of the back.

I had first seen this yarn when I was in the local yarn shop near me and I really liked it, it's very clever how it's done

Yeah, I saw this while we were staying in St. Leonard's earlier this year -- I think it looks lovely, and I love the colorways! Post a pic when you're done, I'll be interested in seeing it!

OTN: Eyelet Chemise in Handmaiden Sea Silk (colorway: Midnight). Still. And a purple Donegal Tweed set of fingerless mitts, to try out my new Hiya Hiya interchangeable needles.

Latest FO: A shrug for an Anthropologie swap in beautiful Casbah sock yarn, in Cedar, a dark green semi-solid, my own pattern. Also a quick Noro Silk Garden neckwarmer for my friend Aideen, in a vine lace pattern.
