Working a toe-up sock heel?

Hello All,

I have been working on my first toe-up sock and have gotten to the heel. The instructions that I have found seem to be vague for the wrap-n-turns. I understand how to do short rows - is this the same thing as wrap-n-turns?

Are there any tutorials that you like for working toe-up socks? I am using Magic Loop if that makes any difference. In the past I have done cuff down socks but I like learning new ways and I like the toe up thing so far.
