Any foot docs out there? This is the strangest thing I have ever experienced. Since Saturday, I have been having this off and on pain in my right foot, specifically in the heel area - inside heel area.
When I bend over if both feet are flat on the floor I feel this sharp pain in the side of my foot- the inside between the bottom of my foot and my ankle area. If I am bent over and I go up on my toes of this right food, the pain is not there.
It is so weird. I can not figure it out. I am thinking it may have something to do with driving for 12 hours last Thursday from Ohio to NC,
tho, I have driven from Maine to NC several times, longer hours and have never had my feet hurt.
Just wondering if anyone has ever experienced anything like this. It amazes me that something in my foot is connected to the action of me bending over. A tendon maybe. - I am more of a math person and did not listen very well in anatomy 101. I have been hoping whatever it is - it goes away- don't really want to have to go to the doc right now.
