On behalf of the English (yes I know I live in Ireland but am actually English) we are NOT all like that. Yes, it gets wet and cold, but most of us just put on coat. Just to be extra clear, we don't usually do that to our Dads either!

If it were just adults I'd appreciate the artistic value, but the fact that there are children involved does disturb/offend me a bit.

yep..... other than the girl holding on "down there" being a bit disturbing, it's rather creative. Personally, I'd rather spend my time being creative in a more useful way, but to each his own I guess.
