Starting a Craft Circle - Share your ideas, advice, experiences, etc. please!

Hey to all the KHers out there!

A group of ladies in my area and I are looking to start a craft circle. Right now we have about 15 women, all living in different parts of our city. Now that we have the interest, we're working on actually starting to meet up, etc.

As I dive in to this project, I would really like everybody's advice as to things to do, things not to do, format, time frames, etc. I really appreciate any and all thoughts!!
