Premature Baby Pattern Sizes - Uk
Hi all,

I wonder if you can help me. I have a number of Sirdar knitting patterns which provide sizes for premature babies, with measurement details which include:

To fit chest
Actual Measurement (can anyone advise what this means?)
Full length (is that the full length of the garment?)
Sleeve Length

What i would like to do is to take the measurements provided by sidar and workout the weight of baby e.g 1-3 lbs (prem 1) etc.

Sounds easy .... i'm really struggling as the 3 prem sizes that sirdar are offering seem to be completely different from those quoted in prem size clothes.

Please help!

Thanks

S-J x
