You'll have to open up a paypal account, free, and then you'll use your credit card through them for whatever the certain amount is, and they'll transfer the money to whoever you're paying. You will need the person's email to be able to pay them via paypal.

What were you interested in?
If you'd feel better sending a cashiers check I'd understand I would accept that too
